The cooked food in this place is very bland and basic mexican bread is high $$. I would only come here once in awhile to get a can of pop, $1.25. The owner's wife would ring me up but a few days ago a man i never saw before was at the register. He told me he would charge .50 cent fee for using my card. I told him thats a rip, left and went elsewhere. Wont be back..

Carnitas are amazing here! The family is very sweet. I’ve been coming here for years since I was a child. Nice to see this place is still alive and running well!
Barbacoa and carnitas are the best. I moved to Rockford and stoll come every other Sunday
