WITHOUT PREJUDE I hate writing reviews, but I had to share with others what I observed while visiting mother. Where you decide to place your mother is your choice. Be very careful about these 5 stars reviews. Do not be fooled, I was by these reviews. But it was to late when I discovered the truth about the Residence. My sister and I placed our Mom at the Residence in December 2022. We are both very pleased with the Residence. The staff is always friendly and attentive and most importantly very respectful to not only my sister and I, but of course most importantly to our precious Mom. Every time my sister and I visit and leave the residence, we do so with great piece of mind that our Mom is being extremely well taken care of. I can’t say enough about this residency. They are amazing. The care givers are experienced and actually care about my mother. The administration team is efficient and is extremely helpful. I throughly recommend them.
