I am very grateful for the warm, professional and caring environment at Sheppard & James. They were incredibly attentive and supportive of their residents needs. The owners and staff are amazing, I cannot recommend it enough!
This residence for seniors especially with cognitive issues is a wonderful place. The staff is always caring and attentive to each person needs. The owners and staff are on top of any issues that arise with my mother which is very comforting. Always welcoming and inviting.
This residence is great for its attention to detail, supportive staff, and its warm environment. I highly recommend it!
WITHOUT PREJUDE I hate writing reviews, but I had to share with others what I observed while visiting mother. Where you decide to place your mother is your choice. Be very careful about these 5 stars reviews. Do not be fooled, I was by these reviews. People write these reviews to please the owner, because they have no other place to put their mother and worry for their mother's well-being while at the Residence.
