I’ve been a patient here for years . Doctors are all amazing no complaint there. The newer staff is just not it they are plain out rude I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks for new glasses. When I went to my appointment I was going only for regular eye check up and wanted to charge me for a contacts checkup when I clearly told the doctor I was not here for that . So for me to be charged for something I did not come for was not okay. I ended up not paying and will no longer be coming here for my contacts or glasses needs... read more

Young girls at front desk are extremely rude and unhelpful.
Bad, really bad customer service.
I have been a customer for along time and today I when in for my appointment and the ladies on the front desk including the old white lady were so disrespectful and rude they send me multiple messages saying that if I cancel they will charge me $20 dollars well I got there and they were so rude and started to tell me that they called and I didn’t answer that they left voicemail and that I wasn’t supposed to be there I understand but I have never received a call or a voicemail message they were so disrespectful and told me go... read more
