Young girls at front desk are extremely rude and unhelpful.
Bad, really bad customer service.
I have been a customer for along time and today I when in for my appointment and the ladies on the front desk including the old white lady were so disrespectful and rude they send me multiple messages saying that if I cancel they will charge me $20 dollars well I got there and they were so rude and started to tell me that they called and I didn’t answer that they left voicemail and that I wasn’t supposed to be there I understand but I have never received a call or a voicemail message they were so disrespectful and told me go... read more
They're okay. I feel like I could get my optometry needs met at any other place but this place is the closest. I had made an appointment for 11am 3 days prior and when I showed up, they said they needed to look over my paperwork and they would call me. Nearly 40 minutes pass and I still get no call to see the professionals. Muy mal una de las recepcionistas, fui a recoger unos lentes y estaban mal , se puso a gritarme que los lentes eran para leer no para mirar hacia arriba , le volví a comentar un no miraba nada , me volvió a gritar de manera muy despota. Me molestó y cancelé mi orden y pedí que me regresara el dinero . Tienen que hacer algo con su personal ellos tienen su empleo por los clientes .
