Because they have my glasses was a redo and I got a pair of sun glasses . My problem is they have a problem with the place that does the anti reflective office . They had my glasses for 3 weeks. If there is a problem with the place they use then change places where they get them done.. had this problem last year to. So next year I will go to another place where I am not gona have this problem. And when I wanted to get my glasses adjusted they told me I need to make an appointment for that. I have been coming here since 1990 and love the service my family have received throughout the years
Not sure why these reviews are so bad. I have been coming here for 20 years and I have never had any issues. Everyone is nice and always very helpful. My 10 year old daughter got contacts and the girl who helped her was so patient and sat with her for over 30 mins while she figured out how to put on and take off the contacts. The Dr's and staff have always been kind and patient. These bad reviews are ridiculous and I highly recommend coming here.
