No i dont recommend this credit union i would rate a 0 if i could
We paid to skip a payment which they said it was too late for the next payment but they would apply it to our payment after. Instead they marked our credit report 30 days late. Their response? “Oh yes, this is our fault, however, we need it disputed with the 3 credit bureaus in order to have it removed”. In the mean time they destroyed our credit and cost us financially. Plus this happened with autopay directly from my husbands check!?! Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing!!

I wanted to show my appreciation of the compassion that I received within hours, of explaining our situation in this COVID -19 situation. You're commitment too them, will not go unnoticed. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly!! Any questions that I've had have been answered thoroughly. I have been a member for many years and have always been very happy with the service that I have received.
