I’m happy that I asked my Spanish buddy where I could get good hot food. I love the bodega style as I was in the mood for beef stew fried pork and yellow rice. This place hit all the right spots and I’ll definitely be going back!! Like others have said, very friendly staff!! 5 stars!!!!
Oh my goodness!!You want to talk about hidden gems!! This place is a full blown supermarket now. I moved from the area years ago and went back because someone in my church told me I could find turkey wings there. I went there after church but they didn't have any turkey wings but I was pleasantly suprised that they have every thing else. A bakery, meats with a butcher, a juice bar with fresh fruits, hot food and groceries. Oh and I got churos for my grandkids and they loved them. This place is hidden in plain sight.
I read some of these reviews and I completely agree. Price is way too high, especially given the area. $18 for what? I had a craving a few days ago, so I stopped in for pickup. Food looked like it had been there for some time and tasted like it too. What happened? Now I know why I have been feeling so sick. That's not acceptable and dangerous to consume. Too bad.
