Lousy customer service. Made an appointment to discuss tax preparation and planning. When we arrived, the door was locked and nobody was there, even though the open sign was lit and the appointment time was an hour after the business supposedly opened. After waiting 10 minutes, someone came and opened the door without a second glance at us sitting in the car. She did finally come out and asked what we wanted. Client for over 10 years. Wes has inherited the business from his father built with customer service and support! Unfortunately, Wes brought the values of the valley back to La Pine. Will not meet with established customers; “I don’t have the time”, “I’m very busy.” Considers established customers as his piggy bank; minimum effort for the charges. He might be knowledgeable, but has valley values - couldn’t care less about the individual client! You’d be better off going to anyone else!

I needed a notary public. Deanna at Cowboy Bookkeeping, saw me on short notice. She is professional and we completed two signature pages at a very reasonable price.
Called to ask questions about federal taxes and got a spiel about not being able to answer anything because Im not a client very rude and I will never recommend this company zero stats is what they deserve
