I have been to a couple different Pilates classes around Long Beach and even though they all have different machines and techniques, I like this place the best! It is clean and the staff are professional. I also like how they have different instructors for different days because you get to experience different movements and speeds. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon!
i didn't get to experience much of LA pilates before realizing they're too unprofessional for me to continue with. I arrived before the 5 min grace period for my class and found all the machines to be filled. They said someone from a prior class had missed their session so they took mine?? i clearly had the reservation on my phone. felt very disrespectful of my time and not reflective of the generous $20-30/class fee. additionally their waitlist system is weird and almost feels set up to steal from you. this is my first pila... read more
I've never ran into a business so rude before in my life. My partner got in for the wait list for a class and showed up around 3 minutes late. However, once she showed up, she was told that they had given her spot to another person who was late for the class before, and that she would be unable to take the class. I tried calling to ask about this, but was yelled at over the phone how she was over 10 minutes late (google maps locations and a phone call to me places her at exactly 10:04..)
