Lovelt, Beautiful spa! Great nail service with Odessa. Squeezed me in from out of town. She was so patient and kind to the other staff who were still learning. Highly recommend!
I have been a customer for many years. And today was a terrible experience and it will be the last time I go here. I booked a relaxation massage. I’ve always had great massages from Corina or whomever else. Today was someone new. It was clear one minute into the massage that she was NOT trained. She used lysol wipes to wipe off my feet. There was no towel on the face hole, she expected me to stick my face against the peeling vinyl. I had to insist on a cover. So she put a large size towel over it.
