This was a great center with great staff until about 3 weeks ago. The long time director left and a new director was hired, Toni. She has created nothing but chaos in this school for parents. She has un-enrolled at least 2 students for no reason. She did not work with the students or parents, gave no notice and just un-enrolled them. I have seen her very combative, especially with fathers. She is rude on the phone and does not want to hear anything. As a single father, this is troubling, and that is why I pulled my child. I live behind the building and work outside all day. I would never send my child here. All the kids do the entire time they're outside is fight and cry, literally non-stop. I put in earbuds and blast music as loud as I can tolerate to try to drown it out. The teachers either do nothing but let them cry or yell at them to stop. I've heard teachers verbally abuse them in the past as well. I even called CPS at one point. I've lived here 14years and it's been going on the whole time.

My daughter has been at La Petite Baines Ct. for the past several months. She was welcomed with open arms and has had such caring teachers that have provided educational activities where I can tell she has progressed so much both socially as well as in her vocabulary. They have not only fostered her learning, but provided a safe place for her to just "be a kid". She comes home singing new songs and doing baby yoga!? This has been a wonderful environment for her to learn and grow!

My daughter has attended this center since the infant room. She will now be a PreK student and the love she has received in each class has been wonderful. The teachers and the Director are amazing.

My baby has been attending LaPetite Olive Branch for about 3 months and the people have been great. Any time there's a concern, the assist me with love and patience. Melissa, Tiffany, and Toni are great! All the infant teachers are pretty good. There's been some turnover recently, but so far the new teachers are good as well.

Our family loves La Petite Academy off West Chatham street in Cary! We love the updates that we get for our children, the long term teachers, and the about of activities that the teachers do with our children- and the engagement throughout the center! They sure do have some happy children! I have toured many centers in the area- including the other Cary La Petite and we absolutely love this center!!!! I think everyone in La Petite already knows Connor by now. I am so grateful that he is in good hands and he is learning along the way. He loves Ms. Orisia and the staff who work with him every day. Connor loves going to La Petite and as parents we feel that we picked the right place. Thank you for all you do...

Our daughter was in the care of this facility for 8 months too long! She was switched from classroom to classroom without any notification so I would show up to drop her off and not know where her cubby or belongings were, let alone have time to meet her new teacher OR get info on changes of tuition rates. SEVERAL times I was told my account would be adjusted due to not needing to attend or being sick (I was told if I called in the morning to let them know my child wouldn't be there I would be credited 1/2 the day, NOT!). DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!! Deemed a "five star daycare" with one star service. The retention rate for your child's caregivers at this center is so high I didn't know sometimes who was actually watching my child. I could tell you some really shady stories from our nearly year and a half at this center, but the icing on the cake and reason we inevitably took our child out was my 1 year old's arm was broken during the day and I have no idea how.
