Our daughter was in the care of this facility for 8 months too long! She was switched from classroom to classroom without any notification so I would show up to drop her off and not know where her cubby or belongings were, let alone have time to meet her new teacher OR get info on changes of tuition rates. SEVERAL times I was told my account would be adjusted due to not needing to attend or being sick (I was told if I called in the morning to let them know my child wouldn't be there I would be credited 1/2 the day, NOT!). Horrible, unprofessional, dishonest and flat out shady child care. Your kids are better off unattended then to be in the care of these people, that is how bad it is. A teacher took photos of my 4 year old daughter on their personal cell phone infront of my 9 year old son and when confronted about it said 'I deleted them, I can show you my phone'. My son had a severe injury to his elbow that he received at daycare and when I requested to see the incident report they said 'He came here with that'. My 14 month old has a severe ... read more

Bad assistant director – I love the teacher but the assistant to the daycare needs to find a job she likes because this isn't one that she does. And not only do I feel she is rude to paying parents but she is rude to her staff and thats why i feel in the past year my child has been going there so many people have left. They had a teacher there that I have seen grab a child hard and thank goodness she wasn't my childs teacher her name was Stephanie she was in the two's

Not all all what they want you to believe... – At first sight, La Petite Academy seems like it would be a great place for your child - teachers are friendly, director is nice, kids are happy... But after a month of being here, I am looking for a new place. Every morning upon dropping off, the children are sitting quietly at desks... Its barely 7am and there is no activity... Poorly managed daycare. A parent cannot express any concerns without being insulted or being blamed by the assistant director. Horrible experience!! They take advantage of parents vulnerability. One cannot express concerns to other director because they are all related! This daycare is not worth the time nor the money.

Nice – Very nice place, daughter love s the place. Kept well. no complaints! DAP should take notes from them and learn how a day care really should be run.

Pleasant Day...Close To Home! – Pleasant Day Preschool is an awesome place for any child to be. The teachers are kind, caring and they take the time to get to know each child on an individual basis. I know that when I drop my child off in the mornings that I have left them in good hands and most importantly I have taken them to a place where they really want to be.
