My son has been at La Petite in Durham since he was 6 months old. The staff has been wonderful, so caring and attentive to his needs. He loves to come to school every day and I know that the teachers and administrative staff love having him there!
Im only wriying yhis review because I would hate for a parent to enroll their child in this school like I did and many other parents did and regretted it tremendously. I'm a parent that is putting in my 2 week notice for my child.Of first glance and the award winning tour they will have you convinced this is a real legit caring school,well its far from that.The turnover rate is astronomical 4 directors and countless teacher turnover rate.They bounce your childfen from room to room because there is not enough coverage ( wh... read more
The only reason I give 3 stars is only because I have never seen where a facility makes you pay weekly and when you do pay late you have a $30 late fee plus on top of that you pay an over the market rate.That's a little far fetched because if most parents are like me I get paid bi weekly and it falls on a Friday and not a Monday. They say pay in advance but how can you ever get caught up!? on the up side the staff is wonderful and I love them
Understaffed, workers seem non-enthusiastic and disengaged from kids. Staff seems fatigued and frustrated. My child was switched between the 3 y.o and 4 y.o class back and fourth randomly, instructor turnover was high and her class had many different instructors switching out during the course of a day. My child didn't seem happy here, it wasn't worth the money.
