I eat at La Palma very often because the food is some of the best around. However, I'm giving a low rating because the lunch service is very disorganized. Sometimes, even at 12:30 p.m., the lunch items still aren't ready. The employees don't communicate well with each other, so when you order something, they forget it or no one follows up. They really need a manager to organize the place and improve the service. I truly love the food, but I'm seriously thinking about not going back because of how disorganized the service is.
