I was excited after speaking to Lucy to get the families' taxes prepared. She has a good attitude towards business. Unfortunately, her prices are to steep with hidden charges for the services provided. Also shes not clear of explaining details nor service charges. Therefore, I would not plan to return for any service needed, nor would I rwould not recommend you, friends nor family, instead I will continue to seek elswhere for someone with honest pricing.
