I am writing to formally complain about the service I received. I was informed by my preparer that my documented expenses would not be included in my filing because they wished to avoid potential audit fees. This is a blatant disregard for my financial interests. Muy mala experiencia Don Juan es muy profesional en lo que hace pero la señora que está enfrente muy mala educada y hace citas que no aparecen ala hora y no muestra humildad para aceptar sus errores muy poco profesional en lo que ella hace. Really bad experience Don Juan is really professional but there this lady that has really bad manners we made a appointment but she didn’t write it down and she was very rude too can’t accept her mistakes and lastly she very little experience

My parents got the big guy with glasses about early 20s and it seems he was frustrated he kept taking deep breaths each time and kept saying “that’s not how it is” because of the previous person who did my parents taxes I guess didn’t do it right. And he kept repeating that over and over and once again the deep breaths and he couldn’t even finish them. I will say my parents were behind 1 year but then again my mom asked “then what can we do?” But after all idk it depends who you get I guess
