Horrific customer service! DO NOT GO THERE We walked in and the lady working didn’t greet us. She finally paid attention to me when I came up to the counter and asked what sort of prom dress I wanted. I’m getting married so I asked for wedding dresses and she looked at me skeptically. She ushered me away to the section of the store that was on sale instead of asking what I wanted. The quality of the dresses are terrible and a lot of them were dirty even if they were in bags. genuinely horrendous experience. we came in not knowing what style the bride wanted and the saleswoman was immediately dismissive of us and very rude. the store was dirty and some of the dresses were damaged and stained. would not recommend at all.
