I have been in the store several times, mostly for repair to hats that I had. They did a super job every time. Whether it is cleaning or steaming or pressing, they have given me great service. I have recently relocated to Chicago, but I had a hat that needed work, and I waited till I came back to Cincinnati to have them work on it. And Iâm very glad that I did.Â

Bought boots and a belt here today. Wore for 6 hrs at a wedding no pain. Shoes and belt were cut and fitted to me was going to buy a more expensive pair and the owner explained that you donât buy by brand you buy the ones that fit your feet. Wonderful experience wouldnât shop anywhere else.Â
