Update!! 5 stars! I waited over 7 months to return to shopping here because of bad customer service previously, but when I went in today I saw that customer care has improved by 100% although I was unaware this is a membership store so I didn't get the good deals but the cashier was very kind about the fact that I was confused and explained the membership to me. I love that this store is very close to where I live. It has mostly healthy options which are locally sourced which I love. However, 75% of the time, I feel like the employees don't want me there. Uncomfortable, unwelcoming vibes particularly from the older lady at the front and the guy who wears the pins on his hat. They work there a lot so you unfortunately have to deal with their 'I don't want to deal with people' attitude even if you are the most benign person.
