I called, there response was (What do you want) with attitude, I said nothing anymore, I almost placed one of my patients here. If they talk to people they don't know like this, I could only imagine how they talk to the patients/others.
Looked at a few places for my dad but the minute I walked into this home and met the caregivers I knew it was the place. I am very picky and expect alot. Very clean and attentive staff. John and Diana are awesome. I teased them about caring for me when I am in need. Sat and talked with my dad, sang with him and had a genuine concern for him.
