These are some darn good tacos. Best tacos I’ve had in the Illinois Valley. Chicharrones were top tier.
There is a large section of meats and ingredients which is nice. The tamales are made every day but 100% do not taste authentic and are dry, always dry, religiously dry (think deer ankles) and rolled poorly. The restaurant in the back religiously over seasons anything you buy there. However the portions are very large but everything is so heavily over seasoned that the large portions of it will make you want to gag after awhile You can literally smell the sodium, and THATS NOT authentic Mexican flavors!
