False information. Can not trust the times of the bus. No accountability for their time management. People depend on the accuracy to get to work, appointments, picking up the kids on time -based on this app. Disrespectful driver. Disrespectful passengers.

I recently moved to Los Angeles and have been taking the bus every day. Since moving here, I have had two negative experiences with Metro, but one incident in particular was especially concerning. I was carrying several bags and needed a moment to set them down before paying my fare. Instead of giving me that opportunity, the bus driver repeatedly yelled at me in front of the other passengers. it was the worst experince for the world cup!! It took the bus 50 mins to arrive... it suppose to be only 10 mins.. I missed my train and had to wait another 3 hrs for the train
