Desiree was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly from our first phone call to service. She also worked with our “extended warranty” company to get work covered and kept us informed along the way. We highly recommend La Mesa.

Our brand new RV had a catastrophic failure and sadly went back to the shop for repair of the hydraulic system, one of the slide outs, and a mystery short. While it was all covered by warranty, it was still a massive amount of work. Nicole and the team kept us updated as progress was made and checked in when they eventually had to improvise, but they figured it out and got everything in tip top shape.
