I am so thankful that I have found La Mesa Integrative Health. I was blessed to meet Ryan, the founder, initially and appreciated the treatment and kindness he shared with me. Luckily, we are also working together through the Alternative Healing Network to bring the same joy and peace to our community. I have seen a couple of other practicioners and each have given me great care. I am currently with Sunny for Acupuncture. She has REALLY helped me with my health concerns and is helpful with suggestions.
