We called Carl Lamastra as we were searching for a new CPA and he took days to call us back. We actually had to call again to receive a response from him (we should have taken that as a hint)! He painfully agreed to meet with us. During our meeting, he seemed hopeful and promised to send us a proposal...that was 4 months ago.
