Ordered a painting a month ago, zero communication, zero acknowledgement that I even placed the order. Emailed multiple times, zero reply, phoned multiple times, zero answer, I even reached out on social media and guess what... Ordered a picture, email confirmation received of payment. No picture received. Despite repeated attempts at contact on Phone, Email, Messenger, Facebook I have had to resort to a PayPal claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Update 22/03/2021: I have received a full refund from PayPal
ordered a painting off this website for £80. No email notification, noone picks up the phone, no response to website contact. Eventually a message must got through as they refunded my order about 4 weeks later. Great way to run a business...
Dont reply to any emails, calls or instagram messages, overall disappointing when the shop and the lady in the shop was nice but been trying to get in contact about a exchange for months now.
