Hold onto your wallet I went here innocently after the Nutcracker and looking at the tree with my daughter and her friend. Was prepared to pay more than I should because of location but 4 hot chocolates cost me $45. They were so hot that they were undrinkable and there's no place to sit down. Avoid like the plague.
La Maison du Chocolat La Maison du Chocolat is a top drawer chocolate firm from Paris. The chocolate is out of this world.They work primarily in Dark Chocolate and they do amazing things with it. They sell a few pastries but the real name of the game here is chocolate. Try the chocolate covered lemon peel and you will be transported somewhere very special.
A french experience French all the way, including the attitude. Very expensive store. The staff are not helpful, esp if you ask them to explain the differences. They expect you to speak French with them, and buy tons of stuff from them. But then people still keep going back because their dark chocolate is simply the best. PROS: taste to die for CONS: attitude
