Very disappointing experience. I called at 8:45 PM to make a booking but nobody answered the phone. At 9:14 PM, I arrived at the venue as a walk-in and politely mentioned that we were only 2 people. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was left waiting at the door while staff called the manager, only to then be told that the kitchen was closed and we were turned away. Anita is always so bubbly and kind the times I have been in. The products are gorgeous and I could spend hours in La Luna looking around.
My favourite store for getting unique and special gifts for my loved ones. Not to mention all my favourite homewares are from La Luna! Like how insanely real do these lemons look?! (Ignore the manky mango lol)
