Kim is the best in the industry! I've been coming to her for years. I took my time reading reviews before finally picking la la lashes, I had originally only planned to do for my wedding, but I fell in love with lashes and Kim. she takes time to explain everything, she even did a test wing to make sure I had no allergies to the glue. she's clean,friendly reasonably priced and very accommodating.

I started going to Kimberlee for my lash extensions about 2 months ago. She recently rescheduled one of my lash fill extensions from a Monday to a Thursday. Unfortunately I had to reschedule our Thursday due to work. We rescheduled and confirmed for Saturday and on the day of the appointment I showed up to her salon 5 minutes early and her door was locked. I stayed until 2:10pm 10 minutes after the appointment and she did not arrive nor did she text or email to say she was running late or wasn't going to make the appointment... read more
