Drove all the way from Punta Gorda, walked in ready to get a new pair of boots and a hat, plenty of money to spend. Was asked to leave so she could make an appointment! Wouldn’t even let me look. Will never go back and will be sure to let all my friend’s know not to either.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. The woman was on the phone for the first ten minutes we were in the store and then was annoyed when I started asking questions. She then had the nerve to ask me if we were buying today. I told her if she is able to explain how we shop and look at sizes in her store we would like to walk out with a pair of boots. Probably the worst boot store I’ve ever been in.. and trust me when I say I will never be back. Me and my husband dropped in a few days ago, we were just checking it out as we were not from the area. As we were looking around I pulled out my phone to take a picture of my husband NOT of her store. and the lady was extremely snappy, “no pictures” after that we decided not to do business with her and left.
