I bought boots last Saturday thinking I was going to an event. The girl working there said we had a week to return them with a month's warranty. I ended up not going to the party and wanted to return the boots. I never wore them other than to try them on in the store. We went back today, Friday, and they told us we can't return them but instead exchange them for something else. That's not what the girl said last week. I would give 0 stars if I could. Love this store because of the quality of EVERYTHING including the good folks that work there. Going to this best kept Western secret store this afternoon for more shirts and another hat.

I walked in the lady was gossiping about lord knows what with two other people. Definitely do not greet people when coming in. Also, they did not even ask if we were looking for anything specific. I was looking for kids clothes and they have nothing. This store is literally empty. I would assume because it is a big location with space they would fill it up. I will definitely stick with what Woodbridge has instead!
