Way too over priced not worth
I walked in. Seen an employee attending his customer, less than 10 seconds as I was about to brows through the store quickly. This short oversized age of an age human male shouts “what can i help you with sensor!?”. I recently visited this bike shop and was very disappointed with my experience. The prices are outrageously high compared to other shops in the area. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me find the right bike and were not very knowledgeable about their products. Overall, I felt like I was being overcharged for subpar service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair prices and good customer service.
Ive been to La Habra Cyclery twice now. Both times I went in for tire replacing and tubing. I dont know much about bikes and the costs associated and they took their time to explain to me in detail how much everything will cost. The price was good, they replaced it quickly on the spot without an appointment AND they gave me advice on maintenance. I highly recommend them.
