I had an awesome experience shopping in this furniture store. The entire team was courteous and helpful, answering our inquiries patiently with kindness. My daughter also purchased furniture from them and had a great experience. I would strongly recommend them and will return for any future furniture requirements. Quality Mattress and Price is the best! This is the best mattress I've ever had! If you are wanting a memory foam mattress and feel like you can't afford one then look no further. I thought memory foam mattresses were out of my budget but this one is really great for the price.
We made the purchase and then realized we forgot the bungee cords back home and the store was closing!? Ronnie waited with our new bed while we ran home and got them! Then helped us secure it to the roof of my truck. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty.
Ugh I hate shopping for a new mattress. Especially since my last one stuck with me for almost 10 yrs. I ended up getting a tempurpedic since I have back issues. No complaints so far.
Christine was extremely knowledge about the different matters types, matters textures, also the different matters brands, and I thought I did my research on mattresses online I was clueless. I fell in love with the second matters which is a comfort from serta. She also stayed in my price range I could have easily paid a couple of hundreds dollar more for the exact same matters. Everyone that I interacted with at Los Angeles Mattress Stores was awesome, but Ronnie was especially helpful. I came in for a mattresses, tested out a few mattresses, ordered one and after it arrived I slept on it for a few weeks. Actually, I tried sleeping on it... This year my girlfriend wanted to buy me a bed for my birthday /graduation present. My bed was way overdue to be changed, I was really excited for the change. IT TOOK 8 MONTHS TO DELIVER THE COUCH AND IT BROKE WITHIN 2 MONTHS!!!! I ordered a sectional couch last June 2013 when I moved into my new apartment. I waited 3 months for the couch because it was a special order, and when it finally arrived in September, the COLOR WAS WRONG. What an awful experience! For $2000 I bought a sofa-bed 3 months ago. I was looking for weeks and spent hours on the phone consulting with these guys, particularly Nicole. I got the "sofa" last week. It's not a sofa, it's a mini-loveseat. Before I made my purchase, Nicole confirmed the total length of 84", yet the thing that was delivered to me is 66" total.
