I am beyond disappointed: I am requesting a refund from both of my merchandise. This is totally unacceptable, I ordered two jumpsuits for my daughter's birthday in January. I have been waiting nearly 4months. I am totally disappointed and probably will never order again. If I could rate lower, I would. I placed an order and January and still have received anything (late April ). They keep stating it would take 10 days but nothing...I asked for a refund, and now I haven't heard anything.
Terrible!! I placed an order of 4 jumpsuits February 5th and it’s March 20th now - still hasn’t been shipped. My order confirmation says clearly 10-20 business days. When I reached out February 27th they said my order is being processed and I have to wait an additional 10-14 business days. Well….. STILL NOTHING! I had to contact my bank to get my money back as they refused to cancel my order & refund me. Terrible terrible terrible business practice. Definitely wouldn’t purchase from them. Ordered an item on 10/5 and never received any further information regarding shipping. I emailed the company on 10/10 regarding an update on the item & they stated that there’s a 2-3 wait for the item. So I requested a refund and they never responded. I sent a follow up email regarding the refund 48 hrs later and still have not heard back from the company.
