Update: The Hollywood location has closed; now the only outlet is in Powys, near San Diego. — Though I've researched and ridden e-bikes for nearly five years, I still learned something new from the team at Fly Rides. I purchased a new 2022 model Cube SH TM from the hollywood location. Love the bike. However the rear newmen hub went bad. Had it repaired by few bike shops. All they did was clean and regrease it. The crunching and skipping came back within a week. Its a bad pawl. I could see it. So, here is the complaint, after almost 7 months now of back and forth between victor and others who kept saying they were warrantying it, needed super details pictures of serials numbers, etc and the inside of the hub and pawls, etc. I was told by ... read more
