Sad decline Broke. Down. This club has gone way down hill over the last couple of years. There's always a few cardio machines out of order, they're rusty and dirty, and on most of them the heart rate monitors don't work. Cleanliness is really below par all the way around. There's usually paper towel remnants on the floors somewhere. But yesterday there weren't any paper towels in the dispenser to clean off the machines. This gym Sucks! This gym is terrible. First off, you can never find an open treadmill, and if you do its because its broken. And in stinks in there. Oh, and there's only like 2 water fountains in the entire gym that actually has cold water. The basketball court is horrible. Its only one court, and there's usually like 60 guys in there trying to play, so you'll have to wait a long time unless your like a part of the And1 crew. DO NOT GO! – TERRIBLE! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING! I tried to get out of it and for some reason they keep charging me! YOU HAVE TO BREAK SOMEONES ARM FOR ATTENTION! They have now charged me $1,900 and it's now non-refundable! WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!
LA Fitness at Camp Creek Well, everyone has their opinion and that's that. I have been a member of LA Fitness for more than a year now. Yes, I have seen areas that need improvement like the bathroom area sink fixtures always seem to be broken. RUDE! – I just became a member here yet at a different location thank god! and called to check on a class. I looked online on their class schedule and thought the instructor said he taught on Thursdays. This place makes me angry. Good thing there's punching bags. – Well, if I'm being honest...this gym really isn't that great. It is rarely clean and always has an unpleasant mix of smells including sweat, bleach, and feet. The staff is friendly enough, tho, not that attentive. The trainers push for you to sign up for packages a little too aggresively and, once you do sign up, offer very little in the way of help. Terrible Customer Service Prepare to be treated badly. The customer service at this gym should be called customer attack. They are rude, will say anything to you, and just have no concern. I was at the gym last Friday night with my son. We were about 3 minutes past the 10:00 closing and my son was getting dressed to leave. The worst! – Truly the dirtiest gym I've ever belonged to, and I've belonged to a lot of gyms. The locker room is really disgusting, like, afraid-to-touch-any-surfaces disgusting. Its floor is always littered with tons of trampled, dirty paper towels and yet, paradoxically, there are never paper towels in the dispensers. The hot tub is rimmed by an oily brown foam with hair and bandaids in it. The showers have hot water 50% of the time. BUYER BEWARE!!! – BEWARE! Check out the CitySearch reviews for Hilliard which use the terms "deceptive," "shady," "under-handed." UA uses deceptive practices to get people to sign contracts. And management/corporate finds strict excuses to not let you out of their contract - even though their staff at the gym communicate otherwise. Even when your membership comes to an end - you'll be charged to cancel & they have strict terms of notice to cancel. PLEASE do your research before you sign a contract!
