Scam artists!!!! these people are ridiculous and unprofessional. sent my parents tax papers on 4/3/26, stated they did not get then vanessa doesn’t call or give any info about payments. then you call and the front desk receptionists theresa doesn’t even know anything about what is going on stating she can’t help us and that she is not the one who files the taxes. then the manager linda is extremely rude and unprofessional and kept trying to talk over me. will never ever file with these incompetent low life’s ever again !!!
