If you are not from redwood city they would not change checks
This place refused my check because they have never seen one like it. I just moved to this area, and started a new job. So I didn't have any way to cash my check I came here first and they flat refused me. Honestly I think it's because I'm white. The lady acted like she didn't understand me and their service was terrible after that. They refused to cash the check even though it's from JP Morgan Bank and from a big company. Norma le falta profesionalidad y profesionalismo me enseñó la información de otra persona no asociada conmigo me negó el cambio de mi cheque por un Julio C. Que izo un fraude. Nada que ver conmigo la reportaré al departamento de finanzas por enseñarme la información de alguien. Nunca ofreció hablar al banco o mi lugar de empleo. Nunca vio mi ID o intento confirmar mi información todo fue basado en las acciones de alguien más no asociado conmigo. Julio C si vez esto y trabajo para TSJ Norma está enseñando su información.
