Norma le falta profesionalidad y profesionalismo me enseñó la información de otra persona no asociada conmigo me negó el cambio de mi cheque por un Julio C. Que izo un fraude. Nada que ver conmigo la reportaré al departamento de finanzas por enseñarme la información de alguien. Nunca ofreció hablar al banco o mi lugar de empleo. Nunca vio mi ID o intento confirmar mi información todo fue basado en las acciones de alguien más no asociado conmigo. Julio C si vez esto y trabajo para TSJ Norma está enseñando su información.
This place is great, I needed to cash a check because my bank I use is an hour away and if I mobile deposit it takes 24 hours to clear. So I went here and was in and out in minutes. The workers pretend on phone that they dont know English but when you go in they’ll be like you are the one that called and will talk to you in perfect English tbh they support mexican people more than americans to cash checks or use their services
