Not only is Donna a skilled and detailed photographer, whose passion for Italy emanates through the memorable moments “captured on canvas”, She is also a versatile artist who has created a couple of custom pieces for me, incorporating various mediums and textures to create wonderfully unique pieces.
My husband and I first encountered Donna’s work at the Women in the Visual and Literary Arts (WiVLA) Houston Expansion Exhibit in September 2023. We were immediately captivated by her photography. Later that year, close to Christmas, we visited her studio and purchased two stunning pieces: Carnevale di Venezia, Italy and Summer Tuscan Vineyards in Montalcino, Italy. I bought 3 lovely framed photos from Fonna for my husband for Valentines Day and it was such a fun surprise ! We both love Itsllybsnd her pictures capture the essence of this sensual country. Her prices allowed me to buy 3 to hang together in his new office, so it was a big success from start to finish. She is delightful to deal with.
