Amazing people! Love the service
Booked in for a sauna. Advertised as 25% off. Paid upfront but upon leaving was charged again. Only half was charged online and then had to pay the other half. Very expensive for a 1 hour sauna. No other facilities available for the price. Will not use again. Misleading specials.
Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, facilities are immaculately clean, and beautifully presented.. Easy booking system, always an excellent experience.
I go here all the time for my saunas and the staff are so nice and helpful and I find it so easy to book online even when it’s a last minute booking. Great rooms and saunas !
