La Costa Upholstery is the best. Tremendous workmanship, but even more than that is the customer service. Lars, the owner, is that rare businessman who solves his customer's problems rather than just selling them something. We went in needing a repair for a leather recliner and were expecting to pay about $300, which we would have been glad to pay, but Lars offered two solutions that would have cost less. They really go above and beyond with customer service - from helping with fabric selection to making sure all the details are perfect. I used them years ago when Roger owned the shop and happy to see Lars has the same philosophy and quality of work. Highly recommend!
This shop, where I've been going for years, can always be counted on for beautifully done upholstery work. Lars, the owner, along with Monica, are both very personable people and so easy to work with, which makes the entire La Costa experience a pleasurable one! In addition, they offer a vast selection of quality fabrics.
Roger and Margaret treat their customers with the highest level of professionalism and are focused on helping them determine the optimum style and value to revitalize treasured family heirlooms. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for top notch quality, and style at a price that is definitely worth the investment.
We love our upholstered couch! Roger is fantastic as is his entire team. We were so happy with the price, process and timely fashion it took to complete our couch. five stars :)
