I recently visited La Contable Tax Preparation Services on Guess Rd in Durham, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The front desk woman I encountered was incredibly rude, clueless, ignorant, uninformed, and lazy. Her demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Si pudiera no dejaría ni una star porque ellos hicieron perder mi tiempo y dinero si eres un notario sabes que hacer y tratar de escuchar al cliente lo que necesita no pobre a su asistente que no sabe ni que hacer ni que preguntar hicieron una carta que no estaba bien y aparte te cobran por adelantado y ellos no devolvieron mi dinero y no terminé la notarisacion porque la señora dijo que no podía mal servicio están solo por estar no saben nada

I have scheduled an appointment with them every year since 2019 and have been seen in a timely manner every time. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.
