My parents are new members , they were happy ,but really the pharmacy department does not work properly, my parents were waiting for the free medicine 26 days . December 28 I called the pharmacy and left a message my mom need asthma medicine , Monday 12/30 I went to the clinic (West Kendall) after one hour they said she will receive the medics 12/31 before 12:00 pm. I called again at 12:30 pm they said don't worry you will receive it, at 3:30 I called again the just take a note and we didn't receive the medicine at all
