A continuing issue, unfortunately. On multiple visits, the same male employee has altered or discarded parts of my shipping paperwork without asking. During my most recent visit, he proceeded to fold my label without my consent, despite the fact that I needed the part he folded to go inside the box. I politely informed him that wouldn’t work for me because I needed that part of the label inside.
