This place is so awesome. The Adams are such sweet people. I'm so glad I found this place to shell my pecans.
For many, many years, we did business with a local company which has since gone out of business. They "cracked" our small amount of pecans from two trees, which still left me with many hours of work completing the job, setting each pecan in a nutcracker to shell them, then dig out the meat, etc. Was pleasantly surprised to find out that La Casa's cracking includes "rough shell", then they sort and pack.
