manger was very polite and helpful and knowledgeable
They treat you like family and are very friendly and helpful. Much better then dealing w a traditional bank.
The customer service here is terrible. I don't believe everyone is trained with the same information because if they were the answers to my questions would all be the same. This is not a really big credit Union they have very few places that you can physically go and get assistance. It's the blame game you'll spend hours on the phone trying to get assistance only to be transferred from department to department.
