Very easy to work with and everyone is so nice!
After I put a bad review before they saw it my issue was worked out. I called the bank and spoke with a wonderful lady Marie who took action and resolved the issue! 99% of the employees there are friendly and very knowledgeable! Thank you La Capitol and two of your wonderful employees Ms Marie and Debbie!!!!!
Open a account with a check and was told they would put a hold on it but would have 500 I would use. Sign check and once the woman came back I was told they put a hold on the whole check for 5 day and I could get to my money on Friday. Check my account this morning and check still had a hold. Went back to bank and now they telling me it be tomorrow before I can get my money. She boss finally let me get 500 and she ask like she didn't even want to help.
