Great salesperson, I have been a loyal customer to this phone store for years! Though, when I have asked before to be switched to another phone provider, say Rogers/Chatr for their plan, he tends to say "no" and convince you "it's not a good idea" and told me to go for a different service, ex: Fido, Telus, etc.

The gentleman that works / owns the place is the most honest and reputable person i have ever met in a repair shop of any kind. If the item is not broken, he will tell you. If there is a cheaper way to repair something he will tell you. And if it is expensive due to parts...you can see on his face that he genuinely feels bad. I would take any phone related issue to IZone without question!
