I’ve been going to this location for a very long time. However, Sofia S has extremely poor customer service. She is rude and unprofessional. If a client tells you their preferences your response should not be what you want to do. As she was doing my brows I wanted to let her know how full I wanted them because she never asked and she cut me off. She also did not clean her chair once the lady before me got up. My brows are horrible and never will be back!

I've had my brows done here on and off for several years. I was able to pop in yesterday and can most definitely say that was my last visit. The technician who was working quickly waved me back to the chair. Shortly after she began, I realized she was on the phone and had earbuds in her ears. Not ideal, but I figured maybe it was an emergency or something and she would be off quickly... nope... full on conversation with someone while doing my brows the ENTIRE time. Very quick and well done. No pain or skin grabbing that can happen with people who try to go too fast or aren't as well trained.
