Briliant atmosphere in the shop, a lot of Italian gorgeous bikes, components and clothes. It feels owner and staff love this place. Very friendly staff, attentive to details. Good price for the previous year’s models. Got professional bike fitting and valuable recomendation, thans for that. Got only positive emotions. Highly recommend!
Can't say enough good about the staff at La Bicicletta. While I can't afford EVERYTHING in there (lord knows I've tried to justify it) they're always willing to let me browse around, and answer any questions I have. Recently, it was a helmet shopping experience. Fully willing to let me try on a load of helmets, test the fit, and make sure the colours match my eyes (ahem). Honestly though, very good service. Most overpriced place with unethical people, especially that one’s working at the desk. Brought my bike for service and was told to replace items that really did not need replacing. Explained that I would deal with items another time. I arrived home after the service, realized that I requested a hydraulic brake pad replacement and flush. Pads were installed but flush was never done. SCAM!
Drove down from Ottawa to purchase a Colnago V4RS frameset from La Bicicletta which we ended up finishing to a complete custom build. Davide & Henry were amazing hosts & provided excellent knowledge and also helped move the process along extremely quickly! Place has a phenomenal selection of bikes and apparel. They expertly assembled the bike, and Davide was awesome with me in a bike fit to make sure we cut the steer tube to the correct length.
