Edit Aug 2025: I had my bike serviced here and, unfortunately, I wasn’t thrilled. After a $600 tune-up, it was still very much out of tune. I brought it back and they looked at it right away, but the gears are still skipping. I paid for the $150 tune-up along with new cables and brake pads, but the tires weren’t even pumped up and the rotor was left dirty. Ordered my Wahoo Trainer from Bicicletta, and the staff (esp. Josh) were great to deal with! They helped me confirm that my bike was compatible, and they went out of their way to set-up the trainer and arrange fast and convenient delivery (which was very much appreciated as I have a broken hand). Would def recommend this store!
La Bicicleta truly goes above and beyond. When I bought my first big upgraded road bike, Davide took the time to explain everything and never made me feel pressured. Since then, they’ve helped with gear, installs and accessories. The whole team is knowledgeable, kind and never pretentious. Great selection of European brands I love. Highly recommend!
