had a very disappointing experience at La Bell Med Spa in Woodland Hills. I went in for Botox, and the results were terrible. My forehead treatment caused my eyelids to droop so badly that it affected my vision. It has been more than a month, and my eyes are still not back to normal. I'm super upset with the service and, after this experience, I would never go there again. I normally come to this place with my daughter for laser services, and have a ClassPass membership, where I usually pay through the app. However, sometimes when there's no availability, I pay directly by card at the appointment. This time, they simply canceled my appointment and didn't notify me at all. Rude staff! I work in the same building. After getting off from work I passed by and noticed their lights were on and two girls were at the reception area and even their signs were out. I opened the door and and asked are you open? It was around 6:30 pm. Both girls gave me the meanest look of disgust. They answered “NO”. I was surprised since it looked open to me.
