I'm super upset with the service and, after this experience, I would never go there again. I normally come to this place with my daughter for laser services, and have a ClassPass membership, where I usually pay through the app. However, sometimes when there's no availability, I pay directly by card at the appointment. Rude staff! I work in the same building. After getting off from work I passed by and noticed their lights were on and two girls were at the reception area and even their signs were out. I opened the door and and asked are you open? It was around 6:30 pm. Both girls gave me the meanest look of disgust. They answered “NO”. I was surprised since it looked open to me. Excellent experience overall. Nurse Shanni was extremely helpful in guiding me on choosing the treatments I needed. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and the results look great. I highly recommend this place
Great experience and amazing results. I definitely recommend this place. I’m very happy with my Botox and filler treatments. Nurse Shanni was wonderful to work with, and my skin is looking refreshed and glowing.
