I just received a package from La Bella Vita and I’ve got to say it was the BEST experience! From the ordering of my item to the speed of getting the package and then to opening my package! Poor customer service! Purchased an item as a gift which arrived broken. I was contacted by the stores' owner who under the circumstances apologetically offered a refund which was not the stores' normal policy. I Packaged and returned the item and received a check minus $40. When I contacted the owner to question the difference I experienced a totally different conversation. If I could max out my credit card at a store, this would be it! My most favorite gift store I have ever stepped into! I was greeted with such kindness by the owner, Barbara! I cannot say enough great things about her! She spent so much time helping me pick out the most perfect items for my new home! If ever you need a gift for someone, this is the place to get it! Great everyday items as well as those specialty things you can't find anywhere else! Highly recommend!!
